Those eligible for Active Membership should complete the below attached application and follow these steps: 2024 Active Member dues are prorated at $182.00 for those joining the Lodge in the months of June through November.

Make checks payable in the amount of $182.00 to "Chester County FOP Lodge #11" and submit with the completed application. Note: payment must be submitted with the application.
